This splendid garden of
the Albuquerque Rose Society was recently completely
renovated. The current collection (1203 bushes representing
493 cultivars and 26 classes of roses) is organized into
separate areas for hybrid teas, old garden roses and
floribundas, hybrid rugosas, polyanthas and miniatures, hybrid
musks, newer ground cover roses, and climbing and rambling
roses (on a 70 foot long pergola and steel
trellises). |

chile cultivar development for more than 100 years. This
breeding program centers on New Mexico's five main chile
crops: Red, Green, Paprika, Jalapeņo, and Cayenne as well as
