- The "Oaklands" demesne surrounds a historic Manor
House and Tower. The grounds include a ballustraded
terrace, interesting tree species, a Butterfly Garden
within the Walled Garden that contains many species of plants
that provide food and shelter for native butterflies and moths, and, of course,

- This informal naturalistic 2 acre garden displays
woodland palnts, peat beds, a scree area, a large heather garden, linked pools with bog garden,

- A tribute to the victims of an atrocious 1998 bombing, this garden is a place of
quiet reflection in an otherwise bustling market town. A mirror in the garden, known as a heliostat, tracks the
sun and reflects sunlight onto 31 small mirrors representing the 31
fatalities. They are arranged to carry the light to a glass sculpture containing a Tyrone Crystal heart at the
bomb site.

- This mixed coniferous and broadleaved woodland of almost 200 hectares
offers colorful daffodils and rhododendrons and nature trails running through oak and beech trees, passing a Victorian garden, wishing well and old archway.
Watch for the herd of white fallow deer grazing there.
